Bombay Hair is a leader in the Extensions and Hair world. Specializing in human hair extensions and styling tools, Bombay Hair is E-Commerce based and our head office is located in Richmond.

Opening early 2020 will be our first retail location in Surrey, BC.

Bombay Hair is searching for highly motivated and energetic customer care people to join our team in a retail environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and proficiency with both internet and desktop computer applications.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will be friendly, fun and ambitious!
• Will have experience in a retail environment
• Will be comfortable working with sales goals and initiatives
• Will provide amazing customer service and sales support on the retail floor
• Are familiar with hair extensions and hair styling tools or are ready to learn about the product in and out in order to offer the best advice and recommendations for customers.
• Multitasking ability to manage sales and retail standards
