Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Position Overview

Ortho Active is seeking an individual to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a customer-facing role, which will provide ideal experience in a healthcare environment with a sports medicine, bracing, orthotics & prosthetics distributor.This is an office-based role in Coquitlam, British Columbia. The ideal candidate may be a recent graduate from kinesiology seeking a growth role, with an opportunity for learning, coaching, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be talking directly with customers and working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to:

• Provide an excellent experience to our customers via phone, email, and online.
• Act as a primary point of communication to answer technical and clinical questions regarding products
• Provide pricing and shipping estimates
• Process sales orders
• Engage in proactive customer outreach via phone
• Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Health Sciences (or equivalent)
• Preferred: Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
• Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
• Friendly and professional demeanor
