Job summary

Cannabis NB invites applications for a Customer Experience Representative (Occasional) in Hanwell. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and engage in thoughtful conversations to understand needs and preferences.

With flexible, occasional hours including days, evenings and weekends, you’ll work with a collaborative team, share accurate product information, promote responsible use, and participate in ongoing training to grow expertise.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. You will:

• Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs

What We Offer

• $22.38 per hour (inclusive of 4% vacation pay and 4% holiday pay)
• Flexible, occasional hours (no minimum guaranteed)
