Job summary

Cannabis NB in Downtown Fredericton is looking for a Customer Experience Representative (Occasional) to help customers find products and engage in consultative conversations. You’ll share accurate product information and promote safe, responsible use.

Join a collaborative team with flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends. The role supports ongoing learning; bilingual ability is preferred but not required, and 19+ years of age is a requirement.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. You will:

• Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs

• Promote safe, socially responsible consumption
• Build your expertise through continuous training and learning

• $22.38 per hour (inclusive of 4% vacation pay and 4% holiday pay)
• Flexible, occasional hours (no minimum guaranteed)
