Cannabis NB is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (Occasional) in Chatham, NB. You will assist customers in choosing products, share accurate information, and promote safe cannabis use in a collaborative team environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. You will:

• Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs
• Engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand preferences
• Share clear, accurate information about our products
• Promote safe, socially responsible consumption
• Build your expertise through continuous training and learning

• Are 19 years of age or older
• Are bilingual in both official languages (preferred but not required)
• Have post-secondary education (asset)
• Bring supervisory experience (asset)

• $22.38 per hour (inclusive of 4% vacation pay and 4% holiday pay)
