The Customer Experience Representative plays a key role in building customer loyalty and protecting the reputation of the brand. As the voice of the customer within the company, you help us understand pain points, identify improvement areas, and deliver service that truly reflects our values. Your performance directly impacts customer retention, referrals, and overall business success—making you an essential part of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service through processed orders accurately, requests for product inquiries, price quotations, contracts, returns, and cancellations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers, sales representatives, and intercompany personnel via phone, email, text, and webchat.
  • Use various computer programs (SAP, Genesys, etc.) to perform daily functions.
  • Adhere to procedures, processes, and policies as per TIGER and ISO standards.
