Job summary

Une entreprise de vente au détail dynamique recherche des personnes passionnées par le service à la clientèle pour rejoindre leur équipe à Coquitlam. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d'expériences mémorables pour les clients tout en soutenant les opérations du magasin. Ce poste nécessite une disponibilité pour travailler tôt le matin et une flexibilité pour les horaires variés.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en vente au détail préférée mais non requise.
  • Capacité à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes.
  • Bilinguisme en français/anglais requis au Québec.

Responsibilities

  • Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes du magasin, y compris les procédures d'ouverture.
  • Gérer les retours, approvisionner les stocks et traiter les marchandises entrantes.
  • Créer un environnement accueillant pour les clients.

Shift: 6AM availability required

Job Description

You will help cultivate an environment that promotes authentic employee and customer experiences, guided by our culture and mission of adding joy. You will model the Indigo Beliefs by being authentic, seeking inspiration, understanding your audience, and influencing customers through storytelling that connects them to our brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support daily store operations, including opening procedures starting at 5AM
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process incoming merchandise
  • Create a visually appealing, stimulating store using merchandising standards
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
  • Add joy to our customers’ lives
  • Use storytelling to engage customers and promote products
  • Connect and engage with customers on the sales floor
  • Curate specific product collections for individual customers
  • Model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and programs
  • Prioritize health and safety for employees and customers
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback
  • Hold yourself and others accountable
  • Own your development and provide ongoing feedback to colleagues and leadership
  • Share ideas to improve employee and customer experiences

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail preferred but not required
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to creating exceptional employee and customer experiences
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnight, and early mornings
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required in Québec; other languages are a plus
