The Senior Technical Consultant (STC) - Service Portal owns the development and implementation of ServiceNow portal solutions, ensuring we meet business and technical requirements. Working closely with a solution architect, chipping in to craft discussions, and complete the hands-on development of user needs. The STC will also collaborate with UI/UX teams to align development with design standard processes.
