The Opportunity Our client is an established manufacturer of prefabricated and Ready-to-Move (RTM) homes, looking for an experienced Customer Experience & Field Services Manager to join their growing team in Edmonton.

This is a newly created position that combines residential construction, contractor management and customer service. You'll oversee everything that happens on-site, from site preparation and foundations through home delivery, inspections and warranty completion.

We're looking for someone who understands residential construction, enjoys working with customers and contractors, and knows how to keep projects moving.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinate site preparation, foundations and construction activities ahead of home deliveries.
  • Manage relationships with general contractors, trades and customers throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects meet quality and scheduling expectations.
  • Oversee post-delivery inspections, deficiencies and warranty work.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations and Project Management to keep customers informed and projects on track.
  • Build and maintain a reliable network of contractors across the region.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and field services.
  • Provide leadership to a growing customer service and field services team.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, modular construction or construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of site preparation, foundations and residential construction practices.
  • Experience coordinating general contractors, subcontractors and trades.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Experience with RTM homes, modular construction or remote community projects would be an asset.

Why Consider This Opportunity? You'll be joining an established and growing business in a newly created leadership role where you can make a real impact.

This position offers the opportunity to build contractor relationships, improve processes and help shape a growing field services department.

The role is based in Edmonton with a hybrid work arrangement. Initially, regular travel throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan will be required, with travel expected to decrease as the team expands.
