Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist - Operations in Oakville, Ontario. You will act as the main liaison for a portfolio of Food Solutions accounts, ensuring exceptional service and profitable outcomes.

You will manage orders, pricing, and contracts, run reports, and support RFP processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams across SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Food Solutions accounts, building strong relationships.
• Manage the customer experience, monitor satisfaction, and resolve complaints using CRM data.
