Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Trading Support Assistant in Regina, Canada to liaise between customers, logistics, credit, and the trading group. You will manage a portfolio of trade accounts, coordinate shipments, and perform total contract management to support US and Canada trade activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Three+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; verbal, written, phone/email etiquette.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CBOT futures and basis trading is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau and Salesforce highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trade accounts ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery expectations.
• Coordinate shipments and order changes based on delivery window and inventory availability.
• Perform total contract management including system entry, pricing, and contract balance reporting.
• Understand contracting policy and procedures for contract quantities and approvals.
• Investigate and resolve price discrepancies with understanding of price structures and margins.
• Execute BTB and Intercompany contract entry and pricing as requested by the Canola Meal Trade Team.
• Act as main liaison between customers and internal groups (Commercial, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain).
• Synthesize information from sources for trend identification and action development.
