You will manage inquiries, navigate Town services, and connect people to the right staff while supporting digital and print communications.

Qualifications

• Requires post-secondary diploma or degree in business, communications, public relations or finance.
• Experience in computer graphics and creating print and digital promotional materials.
• Knowledge of legislation and guidelines related to communications and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and communications support to residents and staff.
• Coordinate departmental print and digital materials and update website content.
• Assist with project communications, including sponsorships and marketing plans.
• Monitor public relations and social media analytics and suggest improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency and comply with corporate identity standards.
