Job summary

IKEA Canada in Ottawa is looking for a Customer Experience Co-worker I to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products. This entry-level role focuses on delivering a warm, helpful shopping experience across multiple channels in a busy retail environment.

You will learn about our products, services, and self-service tools while contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. A positive attitude and a willingness to grow are essential.
