Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our Somerset & Bronson branches in Ottawa, ON. You will help customers navigate everyday banking, promote digital self-service options, and contribute to branch targets with a customer‑first mindset.

You will build relationships, respond to inquiries, explain banking concepts clearly, and support a collaborative, high‑performing team in a role that blends service excellence with light sales. Prior customer service experience preferred.

• Have proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
• Are willing to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Are available to work a flexible schedule
• Are comfortable in simple sales situations
• Have strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our customers
