Job Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard procedures and regulations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential information.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as needed.
  • Promote banking solutions and complete business processes efficiently to meet goals.
  • Engage personally with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and personal development.
  • Support team activities by staying informed and respectful of colleagues.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
