We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at TD. This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, and advising customers on banking solutions to ensure a positive experience.

Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada

Hours: 18.75 hours/week

Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking

Pay Range: CAD 22.50 - 28.33

Job Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures and regulations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes efficiently.
• Build personal connections with customers to provide clear advice on banking services.

Job Requirements:
