Job Overview

As a frontline representative at TD Canada Trust, you will build lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service, processing transactions, and recommending banking solutions tailored to customer needs. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting TD's commitment to being the Better Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately and in accordance with policies and regulations.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable banking solutions, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Promote banking products and services to meet business goals.
  • Engage personally with customers to provide clear advice and support.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive team environment.
  • Support team communication and routine activities to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Additional education such as an undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet use.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm and courteous manner.
