About the Role
Essity Consumer Goods Canada is currently looking for a Customer Development Manager to lead our Sales Strategy, Category Management and Shopper Marketing functions. The Customer Development Manager will have a passion for driving Category/Brand strategy through driving improved assortment, strong instore marketing executions and working with the Sales team and Brand teams to lead the future strategy of TENA and other brands. This position will work in a matrixed team environment bringing major retailer’s strategy to life on shelf, as well as developing insights, identifying opportunities and communicating recommendations to lead future industry growth to our internal partners and external retail customers.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
