Responsibilities

• Stocks and processes merchandise, maintains shelf presentation and pricing.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management when appropriate.
• Maintains safe, clean store environment and proper handling of claims/returns.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, logs paperwork, and documents activities.
• Supports the team in downstocking, modular setup, and product protection.
• Directs appropriate service items to a Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Supports safe, efficient checkout and helpful shopping experiences.
