Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.
• Retail or store floor familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, and helping locate merchandise.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support: cover assigned areas, assist with Front End coverage when required, communicate with teammates.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery: zone areas, move feature merchandise, recover merchandise from service desks and other areas.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: stock merchandise, complete downstocking, apply protection, set and complete modulars including flex modules and new caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow policies, complete safety logs, ensure displays are secure.
• Flexibility: be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
