YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIFE

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative - Premier at 90 Gough Rd, Markham, ON L3R 5V5 CAN. Your mission will be to:

  • Be the primary interface for our customers, working with your team to ensure proper setup and welcoming of customers.
  • Respond to customer requests promptly, answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our labs, Technical Sales Managers, and other functions.
  • Identify new opportunities with existing customers and route new leads appropriately.
  • Ensure customer needs are met through effective communication and service.

This position is a hybrid role.

Main activities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service following company policies and best practices.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the team and with laboratories.
  • Manage onboarding and account setup processes accurately and professionally.
  • Use systems like LIMS, CRM, ECN, and Customer Portal for data entry and management.
  • Answer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Identify customer requirements, provide testing results and additional information related to Chemistry and Microbiology.
  • Assist with billing issue resolution.
  • Inform customers about test results and delays.
  • Document interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate projects internally and communicate customer needs effectively.
  • Verify test results and invoices with customers.
  • Handle customer complaints per quality policies and SOPs.
  • Support sales and other team members, including customer visits.
  • Maintain customer data accuracy in systems.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and qualify incoming leads.
  • Participate in training to stay current with tools and procedures.
  • Support quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
YOUR PROFILE

Skills: Knowledge of dietary supplement testing methods or scientific processes, preferably from a degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related laboratory experience. 3+ years in customer service, ideally in dietary supplements. Laboratory experience in Chemistry is a plus. Strong understanding of testing methods, LIMS, CRM, and computer skills including MS Office. Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills. Exposure to manufacturing or quality assurance beneficial.

Pay: $25-30/hr CAD depending on experience
