Job summary

Human Appeal Canada is seeking a Donor Care Advisor in Mississauga to preserve donor relationships and clearly explain how donations are used. This in-person role is paid hourly and remains open on an ongoing basis.

You will engage with donors, relay project updates, and help encourage ongoing support while coordinating with internal teams as needed. Fluency in English is required; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Standard or above.
• No experience required.
• Fluent English; other languages are a bonus.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with new and existing donors and provide updates on how donations are spent.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments and ensure clear communication with donors.

Position Overview

Here at Human Appeal Canada we have an exciting opportunity for a Donor Care Advisor to join our team based in Mississauga, Ontario. This is an in-person position. You will join us on an hourly basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $19 CAD per hour. This role is a current and ongoing position.

As Donor Care Advisor, the successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining the relationship with Human Appeal’s new and existing donors. Ensuring clear communication is provided when updating them on how their donation has been spent through explanation of Human Appeal’s local and international projects and courteously endorsing their continued contribution.
