Reporting to the Donor Care Manager, the Donor Care Coordinator supports the donor experience at Save the Children by providing outstanding donor stewardship, managing retention activities at all levels of giving, including one-time gifts and recurring gifts, and ensuring accuracy in gift processing, tax receipting, and communications. Working closely with the database team, internal interest holders and fundraising leads, this role also facilitates gift processing for the major gift, corporate, foundation and planned gift portfolios.
The salary range for this position is union pay band 3 between$50,752.78 - $62,781.65CAD on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
