Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean and safe facilities. You will perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and restroom upkeep, while following directions and maintaining a professional appearance.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, with transportation and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Training is provided for janitorial tasks, and opportunities for growth and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to use side-by-side machine and auto scrubber.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, sweep floors, and remove trash to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean restrooms and break rooms; restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with event setup as required.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and sanitary facility.

We are seeking to hire aCustodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.

Prior cleaning experience is a plus.

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Janitor experience is a plus but will train

Reliable Transportation

Be able to use side by side machine and auto scrubber machine

Be able set up for events

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
