Qualifications

• 5-10 years custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or building maintenance experience.

• Ability to safely operate floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean manufacturing areas, offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, and common spaces.
• Operate floor scrubbers, sweepers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Empty waste and recycling containers.
• Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, adjusting doors, assembling furniture, and basic painting.
• Assist maintenance personnel with non-trade work.
• Move furniture, equipment, and materials as required.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Respond to facility service requests and work orders.
• Ensure work areas remain safe, organized, and free from hazards.
