Job summary

Equans is seeking a Custodial Team Lead to oversee the custodial team at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. The role emphasizes delivering quality cleaning services within budget and ensuring safety compliance.

You will supervise daily tasks, train staff, and coordinate with the Resident Manager to meet client standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of cleaning management experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously while leading a team in

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility cleaning management.
• Authorized to work in Canada and able to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Strong customer service skills and handling sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to custodial staff and monitor quality.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure follow-up; provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain supplies (gloves, chemicals, tools) and assist in training of new employees.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct safety trainings, and report incidents as required.
