Job summary

Aramark is seeking Room Attendants for the Manic-5 site. Employees are provided meals and accommodation, including a private bedroom and bathroom, with on-site facilities such as a washer and dryer. A transportation allowance and competitive group insurance benefits are offered.

Location is Manic-5, with a pay of $21.59 per hour and overtime paid at time-and-a-half. Schedule rotates 4/3 or 7/7, and candidates must reside in or travel to Baie-Comeau to work at the site.

Qualifications

• Hospitality training or similar experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, honesty and sound judgment.
• Professional appearance and discretion.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and cleaning products.
• Good physical condition.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens and replenishing supplies.
• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, bathrooms, lobbies, and other shared spaces.
• Provide customer service and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure that hygiene and sanitation standards and programs are followed.
• Be able to support operational needs as required.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half.

Schedule: Aramark offers 4/3 or 7/7 work rotations.

Candidates must reside in the Baie-Comeau area or be able to travel to the Baie-Comeau airport.
