Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Curam Development Lead to guide design, development, and maintenance of Curam applications for diverse Canadian clients. You will mentor distributed teams, align with business stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence in an Agile setting.

The role requires extensive Curam and Java/J2EE expertise, plus strong communication skills to coordinate with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Curam development experience and solid framework knowledge.
• Experience leading developers across multiple delivery locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
• Experience with Curam tools: CDE and RAD.
• Strong SQL and database management knowledge.
• Eligible for Reliability Clearance Status.
• Bachelor’s degree or college program in a related field.
• English required due to high interaction with English-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead design and development of Curam solutions.
• Customize and configure Curam framework to meet client specifications.
• Lead and mentor distributed teams across locations for high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with project leadership and clients to meet objectives on-time and on-budget in Agile environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Curam product and integration issues.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, health indicators, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster innovation and learning across engineering and support teams.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers.
