Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Curam Development Lead in Canada specializing in the Curam Social Program Management platform. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Curam applications to meet client needs, collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements and drive improvements.

You will oversee distributed development teams across multiple delivery locations, ensuring high-quality delivery in an agile environment and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in Curam development with strong technical background.
• Experience managing developers across multiple delivery locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
• Experience with Curam development tools (CDE, RAD).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• English proficiency required for interactions with English-speaking stakeholders in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead the design and development of Curam solutions based on business needs.
• Customize and configure Curam framework to meet client specs using BO, UIM, UA Workflow, Interfaces, Batch, IEG, Rulesets, Data Mapping.
• Lead and mentor distributed development teams across multiple delivery locations.
• Ensure delivery on-time and on-budget in an agile environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Curam product and integration issues.
• Establish KPIs, service metrics, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and best practices to grow junior developers.
