Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Curam Development Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of Curam applications for clients in Canada. You will guide technical strategy, oversee implementation across multiple delivery sites, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

You will mentor distributed teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay updated with Curam features and best practices, all within an agile framework and a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in Curam development with a deep Curam framework knowledge.
• Experience leading developers located across multiple delivery locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE and web technologies.
• Curam development tools including CDE and RAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Curam solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead and mentor distributed teams of developers across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Curam products and integration components.
• Establish operational KPIs and ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
