Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Curam Development Lead to join a high-performing Software Development team in Canada. You will lead the development and implementation of Curam-based solutions, guiding design, development, and maintenance to meet client needs.

The role requires strong technical skills in Curam, Java/J2EE, and SQL, plus experience coordinating distributed teams and collaborating with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in Curam development with strong technical background.
• Experience managing developers across multiple delivery locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
• Experience with Curam development tools including CDE and RAD.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
• English is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead the design and development of Curam solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure the Curam framework to meet client specifications.
• Lead and mentor distributed teams of developers across multiple delivery locations.
• Collaborate with project leadership and clients to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Curam products and integrations.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, system health indicators, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
