The University of Ottawa is recruiting two part-time Correctors (CUPE) to support the Politics and Culture course POL3116 (POL3116) during the Winter 2027 session. Work is a mix of marking and distance teaching under supervision, with two separate hours blocks and a shared commitment to deadlines.

Positions start January 11, 2027 and end April 30, 2027. Undergraduate rate applies to some hours, graduate rate to others, with stated hourly rates as listed in the posting.

Requirements

Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6 of the CUPE collective agreement.

Please note that the teaching method will be delivered in the following format (distance teaching). It is possible that the teaching or work method will change due to health measures or other reasons.

Students must be available to travel to the University of Ottawa campus in Ottawa at the request of their supervisor and/or the School.
