The University of Ottawa is hiring Teaching Assistants/Lab Monitors for the Department of Biology at Main Campus. These in-person roles start January 1, 2027 and run through April 30, 2027, with 15 positions available.

Undergraduates are paid at the lower rate and graduates at the higher rate. Responsibilities include a weekly computer-based lab (2:30–5:20 pm). Completion of BIO1150 or equivalents and WHMIS/SIMDUT training is required; basic statistics knowledge is a plus.

  • 3. Computer-based lab. One lab per week, 2:30-5:20 pm. Basic knowledge of statistics is a plus.
