Sign-on bonus available for Red Seal Certified Heavy Equipment/Truck & Trailer Technicians, including completion of Block 4 working toward Red Seal Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair X15 engines, including power trains, electrical systems, steering systems, electronics, brake systems, and suspension systems.
• Navigate Insite and utilize EDS effectively.
• Write detailed reports for customer and warranty work, explaining repairs.
• Follow SRT guidelines.
• Identify parts needed for repairs and determine warrantable repairs.
• Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or verify repairs.
• Complete technical reports from various manufacturers accurately and promptly.
• Be available for after-hours emergency service calls.
• Work collaboratively in a team and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• Keep the workspace organized and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

• College certification in Truck & Transport.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. in accordance with safety standards.
• Willingness to continue training.
• Clean driver’s abstract and criminal reference check.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based software.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a service environment.
