Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair X15 engines, including power trains, electrical systems, steering, electronics, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Navigate Insite and utilize EDS effectively.
• Write detailed stories for customer and warranty work, explaining repairs.
• Follow Standard Repair Times (SRT).
• Identify required parts for disassembled units and warrantable repairs, documenting appropriately.
• Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or verify repairs.
• Complete technical reports from various manufacturers accurately and promptly.
• Be available for after-hours emergency service calls.
• Work effectively in a team and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• Keep an organized workspace and adhere to company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• College certification in Truck & Transport.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., following safety standards.
• Willingness to continue training.
• Clean driver’s abstract and criminal reference check.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows software.
• At least 4 years of experience in a service environment.
