Qualifications

• Must have Red Seal Certification.
• Hospitability/food service experience is preferred (5+ years).
• Experience in kitchen operations and staff leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Oversee menu planning and food production to meet dietary requirements.
• Conduct interviews and hire staff for dietary department.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure stock levels.
• Implement and monitor food safety protocols to comply with health regulations.
• Collaborate with nutritionists to create balanced meal options.
• Train staff on food handling techniques and equipment operation.
• Utilize POS systems for tracking orders and transactions.
