You will manage test kitchens, supervise staff, and drive profitable growth while upholding Sysco's safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in foodservice management, Red Seal Chef certification, strong financial acumen, and a proven record in consultative selling to executive clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Foodservice management or equivalent, incl. 3+ years as Executive Chef.
• Red Seal Chef with Diploma in Culinary Management or Restaurant Management preferred.
• Proficiency in culinary operations and food trends; internal/external certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute culinary strategies to achieve regional goals and profitable growth across categories and brand.
• Coordinate with leadership to leverage data for opportunities andbusiness reviews.
• Collaborate with sales partners to identify customer needs and deliver solutions that drive case growth.
