Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a CTO Operations Lead to act as a strategic force multiplier for the Chief Technology Officer. You will help manage priorities, align the CTO’s time with critical goals, and navigate complex cross-functional landscapes with operational rigor.

You will craft compelling narratives, briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, leading special projects and ensuring decisions translate into results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical program management or chief of staff-style roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft executive briefings and presentations.
• Experience managing operational data, budgets, headcount, or resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for the CTO department and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Prepare context and insights for CTO ahead of external engagements and customer calls.
• Own action item lifecycle from high-priority meetings to tangible results across teams.
• Partner with the CTO to create presentations and materials for all-hands, board meetings, and keynotes.
• Lead cross-functional projects within the Office of the CTO and define scope and metrics.
