Job summary

Talantir in Canada is seeking a Compliance Analyst to oversee AML screening, wallet screening, audits, and internal controls. You will monitor regulatory changes and help implement risk-based procedures across departments.

The role requires hands-on use of blockchain analytics tools, collaboration with multiple teams, and clear reporting of findings. This is a remote position with a focus on maintaining organizational integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Law.
• Experience in crypto compliance or compliance roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Transaction Monitoring using blockchain analytics to identify high-risk patterns.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations.
• Review onboarding for KYC/KYB to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Investigate Suspicious Activity Reports and document evidence for regulators.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and update procedures as needed.
• Develop and implement audit plans and checklists.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with risks and improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to improve compliance procedures.
