Job summary

Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Edmonton to install and maintain bulk gas supply systems, including on-site plants and food freezing equipment. You will read mechanical and electrical drawings to plan and execute projects and to support related sales activities.

The role requires a post-secondary education or Journeyman status and 3–5 years of experience with atmospheric/cryogenic gases, plus proficiency in Excel and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in related discipline (C.E.T.) or Journeyman status.
• 3–5 years of experience with atmospheric/cryogenic gases and related equipment.
• Strong computer skills including Excel.
• Ability to read technical drawings and prepare clear technical reports.
• Availability for after-hours service calls and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain bulk gas supply systems.
• Work on on-site plants, food freezing equipment, and piping installation; support related sales activities.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings to plan and execute work.
• Coordinate on-site contractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety standards and apply basic cryogenic equipment knowledge.
