Job summary

Toromont Cat is seeking a Service Advisor in the Montreal area to manage service scheduling, customer interactions, and repairs coordination. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate processing of work orders within a premium Caterpillar dealership network.

The position offers full-time employment with a contract option, and a total rewards package that may include bonuses. Location supports flexibility across Eastern Canada and multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum post-secondary education.
• Minimum 5 years experience in service operations.
• Experience in a dealer/service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours.
• Update and manage Service Scheduler in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for Technicians.
• Coordinate with Service Supervisor, MSRs and PSSRs to meet deadlines.
• Provide customer support for incoming calls and follow up during and after repairs.
