Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions seeks experienced Crown Reach Truck and Crown Order Picker Operators to join a busy warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario. The role offers steady hours with a competitive pay rate and an equipment premium where applicable.

You should have solid warehouse experience, a strong safety record, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. Overtime may be required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of MHE operating experience with a proven safety record.
• Experience operating Crown Reach Trucks and Crown Order Pickers.
• Valid equipment certification or demonstrated training for required equipment.
• Experience using RF scanners and RF-based Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Crown Reach Trucks and Crown Order Pickers to move, retrieve, replenish, and stage products.
• Pick and handle products accurately to meet customer order requirements.
• Support receiving and shipping activities for the warehouse.
• Move products to designated storage and picking locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete tasks and record inventory movements.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario Hourly Pay: $20.65/hour + $1.50/hour equipment premium, where applicable

Weekday Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate Crown Reach Trucks and/or Crown Order Pickers to move, retrieve, replenish, and stage products.
• Order Picking: Pick and handle products accurately to meet customer order requirements.
• Receiving & Shipping: Support the movement of incoming and outgoing products throughout the warehouse.
• Inventory Replenishment: Move products to designated storage and picking locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• RF Scanning: Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete directed tasks and record inventory movements accurately.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of MHE operating experience, with a proven safety record.
• Previous experience operating a Crown Reach Truck and/or Crown Order Picker.
• Valid equipment certification or demonstrated training and authorization for the equipment required by the assigned role.
• Experience using RF scanners and RF-based Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete scanning and inventory transactions accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• A reliable, safety-conscious attitude and commitment to productivity and quality.
• The ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
• Flexibility to work overtime or additional shifts when required.
