TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators with Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker duties to support a leading Canadian retailer of premium athletic apparel in Brampton, ON.

This temporary full-time role offers a consistent schedule and competitive weekly pay while operating multiple PIT equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must hold valid certifications and be flexible for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Order Picker, Swing Reach and Dock Stocker forklift certifications or licenses.
• Experience operating multiple powered industrial trucks (PIT) is a strong asset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Order Picker, Swing Reach and Dock Stocker equipment safely in a high-volume warehouse.
• Use Order Picker to locate apparel and ensure accurate put-away per order requirements.
• Utilize Swing Reach to put away, retrieve and replenish products at designated locations.
• Operate Dock Stocker to load, unload, move and stage pallets safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload apparel, ensuring correct storage and full accountability.
• Verify picked apparel matches paperwork; correct discrepancies and mark for loading.
• Manually palletize and wrap skids; perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
• Work in an RF-driven environment and meet daily productivity targets.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Location: Brampton, ON (Near Countryside Drive & Coleraine Drive)

Schedule: Temporary Full-Time Schedule

• Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 5:30am to 4:00pm (4 days 40 hrs/week)
  Pay rate: $21.65/hr Direct deposit only NO CASH
• Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 4:30pm to 3:00am (4 days 40 hrs/week)
  Pay rate: $22.65/hr Direct deposit only NO CASH

Job Responsibilities

• Operate Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Operate an Order Picker machine to locate apparel in the warehouse and ensure products are put away accurately according to order requirements.
• Use Swing Reach equipment to put away, retrieve, and replenish products from designated warehouse locations.
• Operate Dock Stocker equipment to load, unload, move, and stage pallets safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload apparel, ensuring products are stored correctly, fully accounted for, and ready to be put away.
• Verify that picked apparel matches paperwork and is free of errors; identify and correct discrepancies, mark apparel for loading, and complete all procedures accurately.
• Manually palletize and wrap skids, including physically demanding tasks.
• Work in an RF-driven environment and meet daily productivity targets.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous Order Picker is required and Swing Reach forklift, Dock Stocker experience is an asset.
• Must have valid and current Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker forklift/PIT certifications or licenses, as applicable.
• Previous experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT) is a strong asset.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
• Experience working with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is an asset.
• Must be able to reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
• Must be able to safely operate material-handling equipment and follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required is a strong asset.
