Job summary

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a 0.70 FTE in-person Medical Radiography/Radiology support role in Manitoba. The successful candidate will have CAMRT eligibility, CSMLS certification, or related radiology training, and must maintain CMLTM licensure as required.

Prior related experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork abilities essential. The position emphasizes adherence to privacy, accuracy, and safety protocols, along with ability to work both independently

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Experience

• Previous related experience preferred.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with attained certification by CAMRT - OR.
• Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program with attained certification by CSMLS.
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory or Radiology Assistant Program.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Imaging Technology Program, eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.A.M.R.T.) and registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.A.M.R.T.) within three months of hire.
• Must maintain current licensing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Manitoba (CMLTM).

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
