The ideal candidate has a post-secondary diploma and 2+ years in customer-facing roles, with strong organization, clear communication, and cross-team coordination. ERP/CRM like Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, sales coordination, order management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience coordinating customer orders and working across teams such as Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, or Operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience such as Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, dairy, or another regulated B2B environment is an asset; Spanish is also an asset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders from purchase order through fulfilment with accurate details.
• Keep customers and internal teams informed of order confirmations, changes, and status updates.
• Respond to inquiries with clear information and reliable follow-through.
• Coordinate solutions to order and service issues and communicate changes affecting commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM, customer, opportunity, forecast, and account information.
• Help Sales and Planning by communicating meaningful changes to forecasts, orders, and requirements.
