Job summary

Vitalus Nutrition Inc. is hiring a Customer Sales Coordinator in Abbotsford, BC. You will connect customers with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to keep orders moving and commitments met.

You will coordinate orders from PO to fulfillment, inform customers of changes, and resolve service issues with accuracy and initiative. This role emphasizes strong relationships and precise information management.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, sales coordination, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience coordinating customer orders across Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, or Operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, dairy, or a regulated B2B environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from purchase order through fulfilment, ensuring details and requirements are accurate.
• Keep customers and internal teams informed of order confirmations, changes, and status updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries with clear, accurate information and reliable follow-through.
• Coordinate solutions to order and service issues and proactively communicate changes that affect customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM, customer, opportunity, forecast, and account information.
• Help Sales and Planning stay informed by communicating meaningful changes to forecasts, orders, and customer requirements.
• Gather information on incoming inquiries and route leads through the appropriate qualification process.
• Support sample follow-up, approved quotes, and routine product questions while connecting customers with the right internal expertise when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, dairy, or another regulated B2B environment is an asset. Spanish language skills are also an asset.
