Job summary

You will coordinate milestones, resources, and meetings; identify approaching deadlines and readiness gaps; and maintain clear project data for status reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project support, coordination, or administration experience, primarily supporting IT projects.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile Project Management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira or Smartsheet.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Bonus: CAPM/PMP certification, ERP knowledge, or experience with technology handover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, milestones, resources, meetings, workshops, training, and project logistics.
• Identify approaching deadlines, dependencies, and readiness gaps before disruption.
• Keep decisions, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies visible and moving toward resolution.
• Follow up on overdue actions and escalate emerging risks before commitments are affected.
• Bring together accurate project data for status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Track budgets, milestones, risks, decisions, and owners for clear leadership information.
• Keep project plans, schedules, requirements, changes, decisions, and documentation current.
• Support project closeout, lessons learned, and a clean handover to operations.
