Job summary

Western Alliance Logistics is growing its Talent Acquisition team in Montréal and Miami. We seek a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full hiring process and build strong teams across Sales, Logistics, and Operations.

You will source candidates, conduct interviews, manage pipelines, and monitor recruitment metrics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and hiring managers. This role offers growth and hands-on experience in Canada and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or direct-hiring experience.
• Hands-on experience screening candidates and conducting interviews.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, marketing, or related field.
• Strong English and French communication skills.
• Comfort communicating with candidates by phone, video, and in person.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates across roles and departments in Montréal and Miami.
• Review applications, conduct candidate screening calls and interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines while managing communication and ATS records.
• Track recruitment budgets, advertising spend and hiring metrics.
• Expand recruiting reach through sourcing channels, university partnerships and career events.
