Bison Transport Inc. seeks owner-operators to grow its fleet in Canada with a $3,000 sign-on bonus per tractor and access to a cross-border freight network. Operators run under Bison’s authority, with dedicated support and fuel-offset protections to stabilize revenue.

Eligible drivers need 24 months of tractor-trailer experience, U.S. driving eligibility, a valid Class 1/AZ license, and a proven safety/compliance track record for long-term partnerships and consistent miles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months tractor-trailer experience.
• Eligible to enter the U.S. and able to drive Highway 17 in Ontario.
• Must have at least 6 months U.S. driving experience.
• Must hold a valid Class 1 / AZ license.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to lift 50 lb. or more (driver assist freight).

Responsibilities

• Operate under Bison’s authority (no personal authority required).
• Coordinate cross-border freight with consistent planning.
