Job summary

Bison Transport is seeking owner-operator teams for long-haul routes across Canada and the U.S. The position requires teaming up with a partner and maintaining a DEF-equipped tractor, with frequent 5–7 day trips averaging 20,000 miles per month.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and drivers are expected to be reliable, flexible, and safety-focused while meeting regulatory requirements, including eligibility to drive in the U.S.

• Valid Class 1/AZ License is required

Responsibilities

• Haul long-haul freight across Canada and US
• Operate on road 5–7 days at a time, averaging 20K miles per month
• Follow safety protocols and comply with Clearinghouse instructions
• Drive in Ontario, California and U.S. Mountain terrain as required
• Haul expedited freight as needed

Job description

$3000 Sign on Bonus. Earn up to $35K/month. Get Paid On Time. Every Time. This open-board, Canada/U.S. long-haul position requires you to be on the road 5 to 7 days at a time averaging 20K miles per month.

• Southbound freight could depart into any of the lower 48 states
• Northbound freight could go into any of the Canadian Provinces and Territories
• Will haul expedited freight as required
• Required to drive on Highway 17 in Ontario
• Required to drive in California, and U.S. Mountains
• Assigned unit requires 24 days on the road per month
• Regional freight might be required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Must be able to haul all commodities
